Finally got around to trying Susur Lee's restaurant, and the experience blew me away. The Signature Singapore Slaw lived up to all the hype with its amazing blend of textures and flavors, and every dish came with thoughtful presentation and detailed descriptions from the staff. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole evening feel special, and the inventive menu offers something memorable for both meat-eaters and vegetarians alike.
