Though the service can be slow and the owner's demeanor sometimes brusque, her passion shines through every bite, revealing homemade quality and layers of savory, juicy goodness that outshine many others in the city. The jerk chicken sandwich, patties, and oxtail are standout dishes, each bursting with authentic, hearty flavors that make the wait and occasional attitude well worth it.
