During the holidays, my employer sent cupcakes to employees across the GTA, and the ones from Sweet Flour Bake Shop arrived cool with their gingerbread toppers surprisingly intact, though the cake was a bit dense and the frosting firm from refrigeration. I've also tried their cookie dough and peanut butter cookies, both of which impressed me with generous portions and great flavor, plus their customer service went above and beyond by promptly replacing a batch I wasn't satisfied with.
