AWESOME!

DON'T go here for your soup bones!!! I asked my husband to get some bones for soup broth and was shocked that he paid so much for them!! There was NO marrow whatsoever on them let alone any fat either!! AND... The PRICE?? TWENTY DOLLARS!!!! Now I will buy my meats at grocery stores instead of this butcher shop where I been a customer for years!!

I get my meat their regular. It is an excellent place recommended for everyone T-bone steaks are delicious

Yesterday we purchaed over $120 of stuff from The Butcher Shop and we usually have really good results but this time we bought manchurian beef kabobs and when we cooked them they were so salty that they were totally unediable. We live in Leslieville so it is inconvienent to return them.
I think that someone must have made an error when preparing them. I like salty things so I would not normally have a problem with something a little salty but these are totally inedible. A recommendation is that when you make a maranade, that you actually taste it before pouring it over all the beef.

This is an absolutely FANTASTIC butcher shop. The selection and meat quality is top-notch.

However, I've been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF'S COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS.

1) None of the staff are wearing masks
2) None of the staff are respecting physical distancing among themselves. I saw one staff member come within inches of another staff member while restocking a chicken tray.
3) No hand sanitizer clearly displayed and used by staff between serving customers.

They do limit 5 customers within the store at a time and have markers on the floor to help customers do proper physical distancing, which is excellent, but the staff need to take proper COVID-19 safety measures as well.

I used to love shopping at The Butcher Shop, but I will now BOYCOTT AND NO LONGER SUPPORT this store during the COVID-19 Pandemic UNTIL THEIR STAFF ADOPT PROPER COVID-19 SAFE MEASURES.

TO THE BUTCHER SHOP - PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!
