great food and service

10/25/2023 - You cutting it magnificent everything is even and when they say 10 ounces is 10 ounces
Excellent people nice to talk to no false advertising. They all cut their meat evenly which is a pleasant surprise and if you want 9 ounces or 10 ounces they cut it 9 ounces or 10 ounces they're right on everything is fresh except for the frozen product is frozen of course and I believe they freeze them in a blast freezer. The little bubbles are there, so that's almost the coldest guess the frozen fastest second fastest nitrogen is the fast he can afford it. Great company to deal with chef, Brad Mccrorie, 50 years in the hospitality business
