Where do I start.... When we arrived, we were seated and excited after reading the reviews. We sat for 20 minutes before our server came to speak with us. When we finally were acknowledged, we were brought water. Then waited again another 15-20 minutes and then were asked if we wanted an appetizer. We declined appetizers, ordered drinks and our meals. After yet another 15-20 minutes, 2 of our 6 drinks arrived. 5 more minutes and 2 more arrived. Finally when the last 2 arrived, the Rum and Coke we ordered ended up being just a coke. Quite shocked that there isn't a bread and butter than comes to the table when you don't order appetizers. FINALLY, the food started to arrive, well that is when the fun started. The BBQ sauce wings arrived with a mustard sauce heavily drizzled all over them and that was not stated on the menu so those were not eaten. The Gnocchi with Chicken Tenders so spicy that it was not edible. The Rib-eye steaks were so bland without the Chimichurri Sauce which was also spicy even after asking for no spice. The lack of mash potatoes on the plate made me think, what was the point of even offering them. We had ordered one of the steaks without the stone and yet it showed up at our table with the stone. We tried to advise our server that we wanted it without and our server argued with us and then went to get what I am to assume was a supervisor who then tried to convince us that we wanted it and placed it down on our table. After repeatedly saying we did not want it on the stone, they still refused to take it back. We literally had to pick up the board off the table and hand it back. No Stone!!! OUR server never came back. We were never offered a second drink, we were never offered dessert, the plates were never cleared from our table, we had to get up and get our own doggy bag containers (food that no one will eat) and we waited 30 minutes before we were able to flag our server down to get the bill. After asking for the bill, 10 minutes went by. How super disappointing!! I never write reviews good or bad but oh man, for the price of the food, the whole experience was awful. If you are going to spend that amount of money at a restaurant, it should be good food and a great experience. Go to Chop Steakhouse, at least there you are treated like a customer for the same cost.
