On December 17th 2022 I placed an order with Uber Eats with the option of pick up, I was not able to put special instructions on the order as I usually do (I literally used to order my lunch every day from your restaurant) so I decided to go ahead, place the order and call the restaurant to ask for the instructions over the phone.

I called several times and no one answered the phone so I walked into the store and explained the situation to the hostess.

She said that they were too busy to answer the phone and she called her manager to see what she could do with my order.

After waiting for over 15 minutes the manager came. Her name was Paige. She was extremely rude since the first minute of the conversation and despite explaining the situation once again and after I told her I literally order $60 plus worth of food EVERY DAY for my lunch as I work close through Uber eats she said that the order was already ready and if I expect her for the restaurnt to loose money re doing the order just for myself.

I ordered two items, the tofu lettuce wraps and the vegetarian sushi. All I wanted was the sauces for the sushi on the side and the peanuts, cilantro and spicy yogurt for the tofu on the side as well.

As I mentioned before, she treated me very poorly, was completely disrespectful towards me and for what I saw how she talked towards the employees as well.

She did not care that I was ordering several items for lunch every single day Monday - Friday from your restaurant and pretty much I was not worth it, she literally told me that she was not going to loose the two items that the kitchen already made even that I called and no one answered and even though I waited over 15 minute for her to just come to the front desk.

Her excuse was that the restaurant was too busy so the app could not accept special instructions (even though I put these instructions every time I placed the order for my lunches) and that they were also too busy to answer the phone.

There was a lot of people waiting to be seated when this situation was happening and a group of them could not believe what they heard when she was talking to me.

This is not about the money, I was able to receive a refund from Uber Eats as I did not pick up the order, it was left at the restaurant but is about the poor service that a “manager” of your location has towards now an ex customer.

There are several restaurants very comparable within meters of distance and I have been in all of them and I NEVER had this horrible experience anywhere else.

Paige SHOULD NOT be in the customer service industry with her manners, specially she should not be a “manager” if she can even be called like that.
As I said, that was my absolutely last order from your restaurant as I told Paige Cactus Sherway lost my daily business on top of me spreading the word on the horrible service I received that night.
