Food quality and service is very good, BUT the owner is not shearing the Tips with employees, We as a family used to go at least once a week for dinner also I work with a company of 175 employees very close to this restaurant that most of them they enjoyed the food at Koz Bingol and they used to go to dine in or take out also take their family for dinner regularly, but as soon as they fund out their tips are not going to employees they stooped going there or stooped tipping, To me it's not fair to employee and it's cheating the customer as their price is high enough for owner to make good profit,
"PLEASE DON'T TIP NEXT TIME YOU GO THERE"
