Under new management but still delivering 5-star service and the same delicious recipes, the food here really hits the spot with comforting, flavorful noodles and generous portions. The staff work hard-especially the lone server juggling multiple tables-so bring patience and cash, and don't hesitate to customize your spice and numbness levels for a meal that stands out in the city's noodle scene.
