The bagels here are seriously next-level-fresh, massive, and packed with delicious toppings like dill pickle cream cheese that I never thought I'd love but now can't live without. Though their app gave me some trouble and I got a surprise charge on my coffee, the friendly staff and an unexpected gift of bagels from the owner turned my visit into a day full of smiles and reasons to come back for more.

I had a delightful experience with the bagels, although I did encounter a technical issue with their App this morning which prevented me from placing my order. Additionally, I noticed a discrepancy in pricing between ordering online and in-store for the BLT Breakfast Special on Tuesdays.

Our visit to JC's Hot Bagels in Burlington was a new experience for us. Joe was friendly and the staff was both attentive and very efficient. The outstanding service and friendliness struck us as quite unique. We were so happy to get our bagels there and will certainly return in the future, just for the superb service. I would rate them as a 5.00 with top marks for good customer service with a big friendly smile!
