Returning to Tsujiri after a considerable amount of time, I noted a change in the layout where the cozy sitting area has been replaced by a cake display, transitioning the ambiance to a more takeout-centric setting. Despite the absence of seating, the service was prompt, delivering my shiratama parfait swiftly, showcasing the enduring robust matcha flavor that characterizes Tsujiri's offerings.
