As a longtime fan of traditional dim sum, I appreciate this Chinatown restaurant's authentic push-cart service, generous and flavorful dishes like the pan-fried shrimp dumplings and tofu pudding, affordable prices, large and well-staffed dining area on the upper floor accessible by stairs or a slow elevator, efficient and friendly service, nostalgic atmosphere with moderate noise levels, and the variety of tasty options that consistently deliver fresh ingredients and satisfying portions.
