Three weeks ago, I discovered Pho Xe Lua in Richmond Hill while searching for takeout near Bayview Avenue. The lemongrass chicken vermicelli I ordered through Uber Eats was delicious, and the service was exceptional with quick and friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and follows strict safety protocols during these times, making it a satisfying dining experience overall.
