I have visited several times and always enjoy the consistently good quality food at reasonable prices, especially the borscht soup and Hainan chicken rice from the set menu. The service is usually quick and friendly, the atmosphere is casual with typical Hong Kong cafí© decor, and the breakfast deals are excellent value with generous portions.
