I used to work at boba boy, fun experience but the management is sh-t. Good pay, Co-workers are friendly, training was horrible. They train you by just leaving you at taking orders or making drinks, not explaining what to do ( only one time that they explain to you) so if your looking for a job, 100% don't work at boba boy Scarborough location. I got fired for not showing up for a shift, when I clearly messaged the manager. Manager said that I need to get my shift covered when it was only my second day, I don't know anyone yet so who would cover my shift if I don't know anyone? Please someone explain that to me.
