On April 17, 2022 I bought Ayam Bilis Crispy Chicken (take out) from Gourmet Malaysia, at 4466 Sheppard Ave. E. Scarborough. My grandson (17) showed me the chicken was raw inside, but he already took a bite. The next day he had stomach pain, and getting worse, excruciating pain, went to ER, they had to put him on morphine IV; did blood tests, stool & urine sample, X-Ray & CT scan. The result appeared to be positive salmonella, he was hospitalized for one week. What a horrible experience!

I really love good Malaysian food. Their Laksa is very good with both kinds of noodles, egg, chicken, veggies and nice spiced broth(could be more spicy!)
Satay is good better marinated than many places to serve satay which is just cooked and served with satay-styled sauce- here is more authentic.
Their CharKuayTeow is nice (bit oily) but tasty, and love their Roti Canai many more dishes have enjoyed and if you meet Yummy - he's a great host!
