The food at this restaurant is reasonably priced and of good quality, but I was a bit put off by the mandatory gratuity for meat items. Despite that, the burger I tried was juicy and the fries were perfectly cooked, and the service was attentive and friendly. The dessert I had, called bakaroo, was a bit disappointing as the pastry wasn't as flaky as I remembered, but overall, the experience at this spacious and clean location was enjoyable and I will definitely be returning.

Went to chucks on Speers twice , first and last time. For the price the food was good definitely not great. My real issue is you have to trip a waitress to get her attention to serve you!! Won't be back sorry all.

Went on a holiday Monday. Food is typical American fare, deep fried etc, and was average. What put me off the most was poor hygiene - crumbs of food fell out the menu I was given and scraps of food left lying under tables. If that's the standard of cleanliness out front, I'd hate to think what it's like back in the kitchen. Avoid.
