great food and service

Today, I had a disappointing experience at a restaurant I've been loyal to for over five years. Despite regularly spending up to $60 on their food and special drinks, I was denied the lunch special just minutes after it supposedly ended, while others were still served. The lack of consistency in their service has made me reconsider my support for this business, despite the delicious food they offer.
