Whenever I visit the Tucson area, I make sure to enjoy the buffet at Desert Diamond, which never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, and the service provided by Ester stands out for her friendly and attentive approach. From the variety of dishes to the quality of each item, the experience at ko sin ki: buffet is truly exceptional and worth revisiting.

The food is just plain horrible. I have a friend who asks me to drive him to the Sahuarita Desert Diamond and buys me lunch as a thank you. I have a difficult time trying to put something on my plate in order to not hurt his feelings. Mashed potatoes and gravy and something else and I smoosh it around to make the plate look full. The food is bland, cold, uninteresting and there are flies buzzing around the buffet and sometimes on the food. The serving staff at the buffet are bored and make you want to run back to your table with their disinterested looks. Is some of this a morale problem? Who knows. I dread my next trip and having to eat food that turns me off - sigh.
