Working as a clerk in a meat shop under Mr. Shank was an unforgettable experience, as his skill with a knife and dedication to his craft are unmatched. The tri-tip he serves is simply the best I've ever had, and I always look forward to enjoying it, especially when I have family visiting.

By far the best Tri-tip in the state, worth the wait every time., I would love to try your other meats. If you have a large party book then or pick up their meat, no joke the best!!!!!
