Delightful Ethiopian cuisine with a pleasant level of spice that doesn't overwhelm the palate. The Doro Wat and lamb dishes were particularly enjoyable, accompanied by sides like shiro and a medley of cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. While the overall experience was good, there is room for enhancement in terms of menu options and the weight of the injera bread. The service was commendable, and the availability of 100% teff injera was a significant positive point for me.
