The House Ramen from the food truck was surprisingly impressive, with tender homemade noodles and a fantastic egg with a creamy yolk texture. The broth, especially the spicy miso, was amazing, but the chashu pork was lacking in flavor and fat. Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service and a nice selection of vegetarian options. I will definitely go back to try more dishes!
