I tried the Top Shelf burger at the Food Truck Roundup at Ft. Lowell and Campbell on Wednesday and it was fantastic, with apple wood bacon, thick cut cheddar, Bourbon steak sauce, red onion, lettuce, and 1/3 lbs. Angus beef. The flavors were amazing and the meat was so juicy and flavorful, definitely one of the best burgers I've had in Tucson. Dave, the owner, was really friendly and explained that all the sauces are house-made, which added to the superb combination of flavors.
