Ok Smokey, you got this. Let's tighten back up. Dont add to many different seasonings to those collards. They were a bit tough. Cookem a little longer and add a little vegetable oil to help those Tucson raised greens act right. You can also freeze them before you cook them and they will be super tender. If you have to use a box mix bread, Krusteaz always kicks jiffy's butt. Yes. I will come back and I do recommend others give you a shot so keep that A game at an A and don't cut corners. Bbq meat products are still the bees knees baby!!!
