The vibrant flavors of the lamb tibs and the assortment of vegetarian dishes danced beautifully on the injera, each bite rich with authentic Ethiopian spices and freshness. The cozy ambiance, enhanced by gentle music and the warm, attentive staff, created a welcoming atmosphere that made the entire experience feel like a culinary journey to Ethiopia itself. Sharing the colorful family platter and sipping on robust black eye coffee left me craving more of these soulful, lovingly prepared dishes.
