I have eaten breakfast here several times. Most of the time it has been good. I went there the week following Christmas and I will not be going back.
My guest's breakfast and my pancake came to the table and I was told that the rest of my food was coming. After about 12 minutes I was told they were working on the rest of my breakfast. I was told that the health inspector was there in the kitchen. After another 12 minutes my eggs came on a small dish like a saucer plate and still missing my bacon. I was told they were working on it. About 6 minutes later-my bacon arrived-burnt on another small saucer plate.
By this time I was not a happy camper. it was ridiculous. why wasn't the rest of my breakfast already on the grill if they served my guest's food and my pancake?? Just because the food inspector was there, it doesn't mean everything shuts down. why would you prepare half of an order and not finished it altogether. It took a half an hour to get all of my breakfast food- all served in single parts. What a royal cluster F. I said it should have been on the house and they said they would take my drink off the bill????
I was not looking to get free food but I had the most ridiculous service I have ever seen. My guest tried to explain to the manager what took place and she asked - what was the food not good?? you can't fix stupid so we just left. Not sure how they stay in business. They had the poorest excuse and missed the whole point.
