I went into May Flower Chinese Restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon. At first, it seemed fine. The food wasn't great, but it was adequate. The waitress was fantastic, and she was very attentive. My bill was $9.32, and I added a $3 tip, bringing the total to $12.32. When I looked at my bank account two days later, I was charged the original amount ($9.32) PLUS $12.32, for a total of $21.64. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake. The woman I first talked to found her records and insisted I was only charged once. When I disputed this fact with her, she became very angry with me and would not let me finish any of my sentences. Then a man came on (I assume he was the owner) and asked if I thought he would risk his reputation for $9.32. He refused to refund the money, insisting that he had only charged me once. I kept trying to get off the phone, but he kept detaining me, insisting that my bank was responsible for charging me twice. Finally, I told him that I didn't appreciate him yelling at me and that I was getting off the phone. He hung up.
I have never had such an awful customer service experience in my life, and I will NEVER go back to this restaurant. I will also not recommend this restaurant to anyone else in the area.

This is our favorite Chinese Restaurant in Tucson.
The surroundings are very plesant. The service is very prompt and very friendly. The place is very clean and well organized. My family would eat there every day if we had the means. Their lunch buffet is always well maintained and the food is very good. My son;'s favorite sesame chicken and lemon fish are very good.
I personally like their honey walnut shrimp. We always have our family celebrations there. They can accomodate our large group without any difficulty. I would love some Hot and Sour Soup right now.
