The Mazzios on 71st consistently provides great service with well-topped pizza and accommodating sauce requests, but despite their excellent customer service and speedy delivery, I was frustrated when my repeat order was wrong, receiving a pepperoni pizza instead of a calzone, which wasted my money and left me upset enough not to return.

The Mazzio's on 71st provides consistently great service, ensuring that each pizza is carefully prepared with well-placed toppings. They are always accommodating when it comes to requests for additional ranch or marinara sauce. Despite my recent order mix-up with a pepperoni pizza instead of a calzone, the customer service was excellent, and I appreciate the speedy delivery and fair pricing.
