I ordered online and had my son pick up the food, but there was an issue with the system that caused us to receive less than we ordered. Thankfully, the staff was quick to fix the mistake, and the food was delicious-especially the Big Okie burger, which was huge and perfect for sharing. The atmosphere has a charming old-school vibe, the service was friendly and efficient, and overall it was a satisfying experience that I look forward to repeating.

The staff is absolutely delightful and patient. As Hank's is ALWAYS busy. Malts, Shakes, Burgers, Sides....it's all good!!! I've been going here for years. I've have seen rude customers, and I wish they would just go elsewhere and not ruin my terrific experience.
