The red birria tacos with consommí© were bursting with flavor and perfectly spiced, while the complementary salsa bar offered a great variety from mild to very hot. The complimentary chips and friendly, efficient service made the experience enjoyable, and the chocolate flan was a creamy, delicious way to finish the meal. Although the rice pudding and some tortillas could have been better, the overall food quality and atmosphere left me eager to return and try more dishes.

As well know this place was closed a long time. Now there back and I'm as happy as one could be . Carnie Asada quesadilla w cheese was 5 thumbs up . My wet burrito was hands down delicious . All salsa's are perfect . I'm so happy there back and I highly recommend Calaveras grill to everyone . Go check em out
