I've visited Rouge on Latin nights and had a good time. The music was on point, but they should consider adding mojitos to the bar menu. I've been there a few times now, once for VIP and once for general admission, and both experiences were enjoyable. The different rooms offer a variety of music, and the atmosphere is great for a night out with friends.
