Customer service is horrible. The food is overpriced and bland. The owner is not going to solve any issues he will only add to them.

I agree with the others posted here. Way too over priced $5 for a grilled cheese with a side of the worst/greasiest chips ever (reg Lays) isn't worth trying to choke down unmelted cheese on grease covered bread with rock hard crust, thats obviously been frozen or dried out. I'd rather walk to the mall, or even a pop tart from the Boardwalk store sounds better most days. The guy that owns it pretends to listen to complaints and then does nothing. The cooks are nice but have language barriers so sometimes you 'll get something you didn't even order because they didn't understand what you wanted. The girl that used to run the place isn't there anymore and she was one of the only good/efficient things about this place. Now theres a young girl that barely knows whats shes doing, the lines always long (so its not worth the waste of time) and she isn't friendly or appear to care about anything. Oh and the mice, can't forget about them. YES MICE! That was the last draw for me. I decided to go down and have a chicken caesar wrap (can't mess that up) but as I was sitting there eating I definitely saw a mouse run along the back wall between the tables and go under the couch (what stand up work place has a couch and tv in there to promote lazy work ethics? this is work not home). The place needs de-infested and given a complete remodel bad (employees and all) the paint is an ugly color and the chairs are falling apart. If you walk by after 2 [when they're closed], the owners in there sleeping (on the couch). Thats how good of a job he's doing. Hope they don't wonder why business has appeared to drop in the last year.

this cafe should be called "butter's cafe" when it comes to their breakfasts.
today I ordered the deluxe omelet. To prepare, the chef pours butter into the omelet pan. Once the omelet is cooked, they transfer the omelet to the grill. Before doing so, they dump more butter on the grill and the omelet takes a bath in butter.
For the french toast, they prepare the grill with butter. Dip the bread into the french toast batter, and then they top the bread with more butter. Once flipped, they pour more butter on.
I don't understand and will try and remember to make my own breakfast at home.
Another thing is price. An egg and cheese omelet is $4.95. A whole breakfast is $5.95 and it includes eggs, meat and toast. The cream cheese is $0.75 a pack, and one pack covers half of a half of a bagel.

Food is very expensive and very bland, no flavor to most of the items on the menu. This restaurant needs to lower there prices and maybe change their menu up a bit. A hamburger that has no flavor cost's $4.25 and it goes up from there.
