I had an impromptu lunch with my parents at the Oakdale Bierstube and was impressed by the hot, flavorful food, especially the stube steak bites glazed in a teriyaki-horseradish sauce and the authentic German beers served in chilly mugs. The friendly and attentive service made the experience even better, and despite a few minor tweaks I'd suggest for some dishes, the overall atmosphere and quality kept me coming back for more.

The Oakdale location of Bierstube received low reviews, but my impromptu lunch with my parents there today proved otherwise. Known for its great food, the chain lived up to its reputation with dishes like jalapeño poppers, Bavarian pretzels, and Stube steak bites that were hot and delicious. The authentic German beers on tap, friendly service, and lively atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience.
