I have never written a review before but this one deserves it. As a matter of fact my food is currently is the trash can still warm. I don’t know whether or not to call this fast service or already done service…no wait my sesame chicken was not done so it could not be that. Ok I ordered the food for delivery and 12 minutes later the delivery man was at my door. We live about 5 minutes away from the restaurant. I told my sister at that time that I just paid $30 for some garbage. She said no let’s just try it. They forgot my cheese wonton and gave me fried rice instead of the requested white. Honest mistake ok but when I called and told them about it I was asked if I wanted them to come back out for that. Why not it only took you maybe 8 minutes to prepare and deliver it to me to begin with (because it took time to place my order). We forgot to order drinks and I order two cans @ $.80 and was told that they would comp me two cheese wontons which is about $.63 ea. When I said no could you just comp the sodas she told me there would be a difference. After the long awkward pause (because I was thinking she is joking right)??? She informed me that she would comp the difference of $0.34 WOW!!! How so very gracious and kind of her. So my sisters’ meal was beef and broccoli and the beef tasted off. The egg rolls tasted old like the cabbage was bad and the teriyaki chicken tasted like… well road kill, smothered in teriyaki sauce. As I mentioned earlier my chicken was NOT COOKED. I can’t let you believe the experience was all bad. The delivery man was extremely nice and apologetic and the Pepsi’s were BOMB! Should have had the PF Changs frozen meal.

THERE WAS A COMMUNICATION PROBLEM SO ORDER BY NUMBER.WHEN YOU PAY BY C.C. THEY SCREWED UP THE C.C. NUMBER.THEY USED OLD FOOD.THEY TALC ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.THEY ALWAYS TOLD YOU THE WRONG DELIVERY TIME AND GOT THERE 45 MINUTES LATE AND WOULD'NT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER.THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.I AM GLAD THEY CHANGED NEW OWNERSHIP AND THEY HAVE A NEW NAME. THE NEW OWNERS SPEAK ENGLISH AND THE QUALITY OF FOOD IS AMAZING.I GIVE NEW WOK EXPRESS 5 STARS UP.
