There's a Chinese restaurant in downtown St. Paul that I absolutely love. The prices are reasonable and the service is quick and friendly. My top picks are the Tofu Eggplant, orange chicken, spicy green beans, and lo mein - all made without MSG. It's conveniently located in the Wells Fargo building near the skyway entrances on Wabasha and 7th Street, though it's closed on Sundays.
