My experience was mostly enjoyable, though I encountered some issues with moldy blackberries and unresponsive staff. The atmosphere was inviting, and I loved the variety of flavors and generous toppings available, especially since the pricing is based on size rather than weight. Despite some cleanliness concerns and a few flavor limitations, the delicious yogurt and friendly service from employees like Lily and Tegan made it a place I'll return to for my sweet cravings.
