Delicious egg rolls and generous portions at Golden Wok, a family-run takeout spot in Minneapolis. The food was amazing - a lucky find for this out-of-state visitor. The Magnolian Beef was extra spicy and the egg drop soup was unexpectedly colossal, but overall, a satisfying meal. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and the food is always tasty - definitely my favorite Chinese takeout spot in the area.

I wrote that I had a peanut allergy on my pickup instructions and once I ate the food, I had a severe allergic reaction and was forced to use my Epipen. Peanuts are the only food I am allergic to so it was this food that sent me to the hospital with extreme symptoms including throat swelling. My nurse at the hospital told me that this is not the first time they have had someone with a peanut allergy come to the hospital because of this restaurant. Be very careful if you choose to be a patron at this establishment.
