During my visit to Darby's in Minneapolis, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, cold beer, and hot food. The Rachael sandwiches could have used more sauerkraut and thousand island, but the burgers and appetizers were very enjoyable. The patio was a highlight, and the overall experience was welcoming and enjoyable, especially for a pre-Twins game meal.
