The pho here is flavorful and comes in generous bowls, making each meal satisfying and affordable. The pad thai stands out with its choice of skinny or wide noodles and a hearty helping of meat and eggs, surpassing other restaurants I've tried. Warm service and thoughtful touches like table service buttons enhance the experience, while the bubble tea and tri-color desserts are perfect sweet finishes.

I enjoyed the pho at Destiny Cafe Lub Paj Pho. The pad thai is better than other places I've tried in Saint Paul.

Bad service ever! Probably gonna be my last time going there.. Waited for 40 mins and nobody come and take my order .. They just stand there chatting and act like we're ghost ! The people who came after us even got their foods and order already and we even try to put our menu really close to the end of the table so they would notice but seems like nobody care.. So my husband and I just walk straight out of the door. Bad service! Bad service !

If I could they would get a zero from me. We've eaten here before and they were ok when they first opened but the service has really gone down. DO NOT eat here! Nobody wants to clear the tables, greet customers, take orders, or serve food! I wonder if the owner knows that he is paying his employees to mess around their entire shift because there's only goofy teens that work there and the young adults have no idea what they are doing! They think they can sit around and boss the kids around. What happened to everyone work as a team and do your damn job or do t run a business!

Nothing special. Food is average but i wouldn't go to this place to pay money to eat food that i can make better than what i ate. Really quiet servers so it is hard to heard them.

Good service is always lacking, but food is pretty decent for the price and you get a lot of it. I don't like that rice is not included with the main dishes and must be ordered separately, but it's just an extra few bucks and you get your choice of sticky rice or white rice. They serve family-style amounts so we always leave with enough leftovers for another meal when we each order our own dishes.
