I was initially hesitant about trying BBQ from a strip mall in Maple Grove, but seeing the smoker out back convinced me to give it a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised by the meaty and moist St. Louis style ribs and brisket, with standout sides like creamy mac n cheese and surprisingly delicious cole slaw.
