The food is really excellent. As one other reviewer said, I only gave it four stars because the service doesn't seem all that top notch. Servers don't seem too happy, but maybe it's more of a cultural thing? I heard a saying that in America, if you praise the food in resturants, they'll say thanks. If you complain, they'll give you your money back and apologize. In Italy, I heard it's the opposite. They get mad if you complain, but if you praise their food they'll give you something free. It did seem to work when I went to Italy. Got so much free ice cream I almost barfed! Maybe that's why? It doesn't matter much to me anyway, since I usually order take out, and when in there, though service does take some time, it's always made up for because of the excellent food. If you're going there, just know if the service does seem bad, the food will be excellent.
