I discovered Pa's food truck at the Wagner Outdoor Experience festival held at Eastwood Metropark. The menu offered a variety of options, but my choice was the Nashville Nachos with housemade fried chicken in honey chipotle sauce, pico de gallo, queso, and jalapenos. Despite the crowd, my order was promptly served and the portion was satisfying. The standout item was the crispy and juicy fried chicken, complemented perfectly by the delicious sauce.
