I had an excellent experience at The Nicollet Diner with friendly, attentive staff who made the visit memorable, especially Nathan D., who went above and beyond to ensure great service. The food, from the delicious pancakes and Irish coffee to the flavorful chicken soup and crispy Caesar salad, was satisfying, and the fun, old-time diner atmosphere adds to the overall enjoyment.
