I used to count pots and pans in restaurant kitchens, and despite battling food poisoning, I always showed up for work. This bakery in the Midtown Global Market, formerly El Mexicano and now called Samantha, offers incredible baked goods that are both affordable and authentically delicious, making it a must-visit every time I'm in the area.
