Found a lovely Mexican restaurant tucked behind Target, almost missed it. The staff warmly welcomed me and seated me in comfortable booths. The carnitas platter I ordered was delicious, served with rice, beans, salad, and guacamole, and the crispy carnitas were full of flavor. The service was great, the ambiance cozy, and the food was satisfyingly good. I'll definitely be returning to try their mole enchiladas.
