This coffee shop over at the University of Minnesota is a real gem. Tucked away right in the library, it adds a cozy vibe to the place. The staff, especially Kim, are super welcoming and really make you feel at home. The only downside is that they have shorter hours over the summer and during breaks, which can be a bummer, but it's probably because there are fewer students around.
