didn't even get a chance to taste the food I'm a disabled Veteran and hadn't been feeling too well recently but i had a taste for Fried Catfish a friend recommended Aspen i called the order in and asked the young lady on the phone if she would please have the cook to cut my fillets in half being that they were whole she said she would check with the manager well right then i should have known that this wasn't going to work out and sure enough she returned to the phone and told me that the manager said no he could not accommodate me so we ordered from Texas Roadhouse and the manager was more than willing to accommodate me and gave me a Veterans discount to the manager at Aspen it was my honor to serve my country so that people like you can live free in this great country.

I had problems with grub hub delivering my order from Aspen Creek several times last week. When GH did not have a driver they failed to contact me or AC. I called GH they said they had canceled my order but if I hadn't called I would not have known. I called AC & spoke to Kalah Frederick. She said order was prepared & waiting for delivery. She started trying to get things work out but it was to late at night to get any answers. I offered to pay for the food but she would not let me because it was not my fault. This several more times during the week. KALAH was always very understanding & each time this happened she tried to find a solution. My suggestion is to eat at Aspen Creek because their food is AWSOME. I suggest a fried cheesecake. NEVER use Grubhub for to deliver your food but if you order & use a different delivery service the food is Great. Say hello to Kalah & enjoy your food!!!!!

This review is more to the management than customers. My interactions with Kalah Frederick were the best experience I have ever had with any other worker trying to help with a problem. She is patience, kind & very professional when dealing with problems. Kalah should be the employee of the year.

Absolutely terrible service. Extremely slow, cold bland food, the worst thing was the customer service. Will never be back

On a Sunday after church, our first time. Surprise found a wonderful place for lunch. Aspen creek Grill,Tyler, TX. From reception to our server Brett and Manager Victor and the food, plus the overall felling, this is a place we recommend. Thank you to all of the staff! GOOD JOB!!!
