I have an office near there location. I come in an average of 4 times a week. I've was in the service industry for over 20 yrs and now own a different type of business. I am truly impressed by the ambiance, service, and energy of Twelve! The cocktails, wine as well as the cuisine are all very impressive. I can say with full confidence, there is very little left to be desired. I applaud the management, bartenders, servers for their above and beyond performance!

Have not received a bad meal yet. Service is outstanding and appreciated. Bartender is one who will give you good advice on wine pairings for your meal.

I waited for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. The manager did try to make it right when I spoke with him, but the damage was already done. Will not be returning.

The service is so fast there are these 2 girl who have really good opinions and I got max in cheese and it was so good I 10/10 recommend coming here!

Overall, the food was OK I got fish and it could’ve been cooked a little harder. My complaint is that I made a reservation for 7:30 It was after 8 o’clock before we were seated it was six adults and two kids age 1 and 2 . We were told that we was not be able to sit at the same table, so 4 adults and 2 kids were seated at a booth the other 2 adults at another booth. When we received our ticket, we were charged as a large group, but we sit at separate booth as I look around There were other parties of six and more they were all seated together. We made a reservation and I think that we should all be able to sit together and plus when we received a ticket, we was charged as a large group. I asked the waitress why when it was only six adults and two babies she said because there were eight different orders but I think because we didn’t sit together that we should’ve been charged for a large party. Overall, the waitress was nice and polite . We spent close to $400. because of my experience, I’ll give you two stars.

Over all food was good not great, your cole slaw has definitely got to get better this is the second restaurant where the coleslaw is yet to be desired, to much breading on the chicken strips, to much breading on the shrimp.

Our server was great. Very friendly, good at problem solving and she got a 20 buck tip. Food was ok my mom loved her salmon.

The food was excellent and the waiter was as well. The night we went my husband and I had been at the hospital with a family member for several days in and out so we were not looking all that great I noticed as we walked thru the restaurant towards the porch that everyone was really dressed nice and pretty. When we got to the porch the people out there were of a lower class. The air-conditioner leaked on people and their food. So NO I won't be back. Very insulting and shame on you.

Service was beyond terrible. We waited over an hour and a half for our food, and when the food was brought out some of us got their food and some had to wait another 30 minutes. Food was good but the service and explanations from the server and manager were very lacking. The server had no explanations and the manager kept promising things but it did not get any better. This was the absolute worst service I have ever received form a restaurant anytime that I have ever experienced. I normally do not write reviews but I felt it was needed in this case. I would think the owner of this establishment would want to know that this is going on in their restaurant and is totally unacceptable.

Great ambience. Horrible service. Food was cold by the time we got our silverware and napkin, drinks were given to the table next to us. Manager was rude after asking for necessary items to eat our meal. 😞
Disappointing because it has the potential to be a great place.

We love this place!! When you want to relax and have a great meal 12 restaurant is a great place to go. Julio was our waiter tonight and he was amazing. We called the manager over to tell him how impressed we were with this restaurant and waiter. You just don’t find places like this anymore. Check it out and you will be glad you did.

Our food was pretty good and our server Shelby W was very good. I can't wait to go back and leave room for desserts because they look amazing. We will be asking for Shelby to be our waitress when we go back. Good experience all around.
