SO WE ORDERED DOOR DASH FROM HERE RELIGIOUSLY A FEW TIMES BECAUSE WE LOVE THE PIZZA AND ONE DAY WE REALIZED IT TOOK SO LONG ECAUSE IT WAS GOING FROM DASHER TO DASHER COME TO FIND OUT THEY WOULDNT RELEASE MY ORDERS BECAUSE THE DASHERS DIDNT HAVE A BIG ENOUGH HOT BAG FOR AN 18 INCH PIZZA SO INSTEAD THEY LET IT SIT THERE AND GET COLD..FUNNY ITS ONLY THE WHITE MALE DASHERS WHO SEEM TO HAVE THIS ISSUE THE FEMALE AND MINORITY DASHERS ALWAYS SHOW UP WITH MY FOOD WITHOUT A HOTBAG.. WILL ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON..

Waited almost an hour tonight for two small pizzas and cheese sticks. All three can put at different times. No sense of urgency in the place AT ALL! At one time, nobody had food in the entire place except a table outside. The place needed to be cleaned and needed better training and supervision. Not sure sanitation is up to or either! No hairnets on the kitchen staff and I saw a waitress deliver a salad with her thumb in th bowl! I would not recommend this place and we won’t go back! EVER! I’m not sure what happened but I don’t see them surviving much longer if this continues!

I have been at Rounder’s three times in Tyler Texas . I was there on yesterday and the girl brought the wings out about 15 minutes before she brought the pizza and it was a party of four then I ask her to bring me some blue cheese dressing. So when she brought the pizza out she knocked over the blue cheese dressing and it was a mess on the floor and right by my foot and she never came to clean it up or anything about any paper or anything to clean it up and this was on November 18 after 6 PM I notice she was also in the kitchen cooking . She was a little bit rude like I was bothering her or something .
Then tonight I went back just to get a drink November 19, 2020 , The cashier that had goldish blonde hair was not very friendly ... almost like she was already in a bad mood. I asked her three times for a drink/cup she act like she didn’t hear me and then when she gave me the cup I immediately said thank you... she did not say one word .
On the left side and on the right side of me were people coming in to get orders for delivery and she immediately started chitchatting with the guy on the left of me which I thought was very rude .
Being in customer service for years now, was not customer service friendly at all .
I would love to speak to someone about this .

Had a coupon for 50% off and they didn’t accept it because they said they can’t scan it. They(reasturaunts) deceive people into coming in because of these online coupons and then say they can’t accept them, it’s dishonorable. It’s deceptive trade practice. Petty to some but aggravating to the victims. Quality of food is good I must say but the failure to honor a commitment is a deal breaker.

My husband and I ate at your restaurant on this past Saturday evening. We had a build your own pizza, Caesar salads and drinks. It was made quickly, made just right and served promptly and hot and courteously. Delicious! Your only challenge that evening seemed to be clearing off tables quickly. Most of the customers that came in while we were there, cleared their own tables as did we. Just something to work on. We will be back and we will tell others how good it was.

1-27-17 ordered a Extra Large Canadian Bacon with extra Cheese pizza for pickup. Paid for extra large Canadian bacon with extra cheese pizza. Received a extra large CHEESE WITH EXTRA CHEESE PIZZA WITH NO CANADIAN BACON.

Will be searching for a new pizza restaurant in Tyler Texas.

This place is always on point!!! We like our pizza with tons of sauce, and its what we get every time. The place is always clean,and the wings are the BEST wings hands down. Im so glad we have an awesome place to eat real pizza!!!

Love Rounders very disappointed in the service. We always have to wait about 15 minutes for our order and we do not mind because the pizza is that good.
Tonight they served a pizza just after we sat down and we had to request a new pizza. The one they first brought out was full of sauce and did not look like any of our pizzas in the past with extra cheese as we always order.
The manager was good in getting a new pizza made for us, but we should have never had to ask for new.
