While we are visiting Logan during the summer months from Arizona we must always go to the weekly Saturday farmers market in Logan and go to Beth’s Bakery booth. I love her peach, apple, coconut cream, pecan, etc pies! And of course she has THE best Carrot Cake. Oh! And the ginger cookies are to die for! I can’t forget the cheese cakes! But then every item I have tried is excellent! Keep baking Beth.
